If you have any questions, we are always happy to help.

Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order. 

We will always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, all of our products are handmade, please be patient.

If your order is going to the Highlands of Scotland it will be dispatched with Royal Mail.

If your order is mainland UK, it will be dispatched with Fed Ex.

Please add your email address to your order so we can keep you up to date.


All International Orders are sent with Fed Ex.

Customs clearance may be required so you should allow please 5-10 working days
for shipping outside of the EU.

Deliveries to the EU may be subject to import duty and tax charges.

All international orders are added to the Fed Ex system, for customs.

We have no control over these and are unable to inform you
of what they may be as each country differs.

We cannot be held responsible for this or for any additional taxes and duties that are incurred when we ship to you.


We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal,
Shop Pay and American Express.

Our payment process is operated through Shopify. All your card information
is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to the appropriate payment parties for authorisation. 

We do not store or share any financial information provided by the customer. Please note we can only process your order once authorisation has been approved. 



We are sure that you will love your purchase from us but if you are not completely satisfied just email us at amy@amybritton.co.uk stating your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Please note we can only accept returns and exchanges that you have purchased from or website. If you have purchased from one of our stockists please get in touch with them directly.


Once we receive your item(s) we will issue a refund within 5 days via the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase.


Returns are only accepted within 14 days for all UK orders and 21 days for all international orders.


All items must be returned in the original condition complete with all packaging intact.


Any item is your responsibility until it reaches us.


For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service that also insures you for the value of the
goods. 


The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.


All original shipping fees are non-refundable.



If your order doesn’t reach you in perfect condition, get in contact quoting your order number, name, address, details of the product and let us know whether you require a refund or a replacement. 



Should your order fail to arrive, please get in touch with us within 21 days and we will investigate.
