What do windfarms have to do with a laptop case? The PVC used in this laptop sleeve had its first life in the construction of the biggest UK offshore wind farm. Each laptop bag is individual due to the the marks it developed in the marine environment it was first used in. We look at these marks as a patina that calls to the extension of this material's story.
This laptop bag is an oversized everyday design that combines our love of slow process materials and reused materials. The top section is Harris tweed® and the bottom is the reused windfarm PVC. The padding is 100% recycled, and the lining is a waxed cotton lining that was destined for landfill.
